Take the missed dose as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next scheduled dose then the missed dose can be skipped.

Swallow these pills with a glass of water. Do not administer in lesser or more quantities than prescribed. It can be taken with or without food.

Do not use in case of:

• pregnancy
• breast-feeding
• liver damage
• history of myasthenia gravis
• diarrhea
• antibiotic resistance

Azithromycin may interact with any of these:

• Atorvastatin and other cholesterol-lowering drugs
• Amiodarone
• Pimozide
• Magnesium or alluminium hydroxides
• Digoxin or theophylline
