Precautions & Warnings
Salt or volume depletion, severe congestive heart failure, renal disease, renal artery stenosis, aortic or mitral valve stenosis, obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, primary aldosteronism. Mild to moderate renal impairment; monitor serum potassium in patients at risk of hyperkalaemia. Risk of sprue-like enteropathy (discontinue)
