Symptoms of overdose include chest discomfort, clammy skin, weak pulse, flushing, fainting or slow heartbeat. Consult a doctor immediately after overdose

Take the missed dose as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next scheduled dose then the missed dose can be skipped.

Take this medicine with a full glass of water after meals or on an empty stomach

Do not use in case of severe heart failure or atrioventricular block

Common side effects include:

• swelling in feet and hands
• spinning sensation
• symptoms of cold and flu

Serious symptoms that require medical attention include

• high blood potassium leading to arrhythmia
• liver and heart problems

Your healthcare provider needs to know if you have any of these conditions:

• liver or kidney disease
• a heart attack
• angioedema due to another BP medicine
• vomiting or a lot of diarrhea

Inform the healthcare provider about all medications being taken to check for potential interactions, especially other antihypertensive drugs.
