If you miss a dose, make sure to take it as soon as possible the same day. If you don't remember missing the dose, don't double it. Consult your doctor on how to adjust the missing doses.

Do not use in case of:

• history of thrombocytopenia within the past 100 days
• active major bleeding
• known hypersensitivity to enoxaparin

• coughing up blood
• increased menstrual flow
• dizziness
• prolonged bleeding from cuts

Stay away from rough sports or activities which can lead to injuries, cuts, abrasions etc

Tell your doctor if you are taking:

• NSAIDs
• clopidogrel
• ticagrelor
• ginkgo biloba, garlic, ginger and fish oil supplements
• certain antibiotics
