Description
Indapamide is a diuretic medication that helps reduce fluid retention and decrease blood pressure by increasing urine production. Perindopril is known to block conversion of angiotensin 1 to the potent vasoconstrictor angiotensin 2. It simultaneously inactivates the vasodilator peptide bradykinin. It also has various immunomodulatory functions as well.
