  • Description

    Diclofenac is a Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drug that acts by potent cyclo-oxygenase inhibition, reduction of arachidonic acid release and enhancement of arachidonic acid uptake. Misoprostol is a synthetic prostaglandin E1 analog that inhibits basal and nocturnal gastric acid secretion through direct stimulation of receptors on the parietal cells in stomach
