Diarrhoea (may occasionally be severe and require withdrawal, reduced by giving single doses not exceeding 200 mcg and by avoiding magnesium containing antacids); abdominal pain, dyspepsia, flatulence, nausea and vomiting, abnormal vaginal bleeding (including intermenstrual bleeding, menorrhagia and post-menopausal bleeding), rashes, dizziness.
