Daktarin (20mg) 10g Cream

This medication is used to treat skin conditions. It contains 20mg Hydrocortisone and 10mg Miconazole. Miconazole nitrate is effective against numerous Gram-positive bacteria, pathogenic yeasts, and dermatophytes. Hydrocortisone is a steroid that reduces inflammation.

Combination Drug Steriod+Antifungal

This medicine is used to treat:

• hemorrhoids (pain, swelling, bleeding, itchiness)
• Eczema
• Dermatitis
• Infected Surgical Wounds
• Skin abnormalities (eczema around anus)

Follow these dosage instructions:

• Take as per doctor's Prescription.
• Apply the cream to the affected area topically, once or twice daily as recommended by the doctor.
• Your doctor will determine the duration of treatment based on the symptom severity.

If you think you have used too much of this medicine, talk to your doctor.

If you miss a dose, make sure to take it as soon as possible the same day. If you don't remember missing the dose, don't double it. Consult your doctor on how to adjust the missing doses.

Wash your hands before using the cream, gel, or ointment. Apply the cream topically on the affected area once or twice a day for at least 1-2 weeks.

You should not use this medicine if you have:

• If you ever had an allergic reaction to Hydrocortisone, any other ingredient in the medicine, or any other medicine.
• If you have tuberculosis skin infection or herpes simplex.

You should practice these cautions before taking the medicine:

• Talk to your doctor if you have a hypersensitivity or allergic reactions to any of the components in the medicine.
• Talk to your doctor if you have a liver or kidney disease before using hydrocortisone.

If you are taking, have recently taken, or may take any other medications, let your doctor or chemist know. The common interactions with drugs may include:

• Warfarin
• Hypoglycemics
• Phenytoin
• CYP3A4 receptor.
