    This medicine is used to treat epilepsy. It contains Divalproex Sodium, which works by increasing the amount of an amino acid in the brain called gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA). By changing the amount of GABA in the brain, it can help control epilepsy and stabilize mood.

    This medicine is used to treat:

    • All forms of Epilepsy (brain disorder)
    • generalized epileptic seizures, secondary generalized epileptic seizures, and partial epileptic seizures.
    • To treat migraines
    • Treat symptoms of mania in bipolar disorder, such as aggressiveness, agitation, impulsive behavior, or elevated mood.
  • Dosage

    Follow these dosage instructions:

    • Take as per doctor's Prescription.
    • Take the syrup orally, as prescribed by the doctor, usually 1 tablespoon.
    • Your doctor will determine the treatment length based on your symptom severity.
  • In case of Overdose

    If you think you have used too much of this medicine, talk to your doctor.

    • You suffer from urea cycle disorders, which impact how your body eliminates waste, or you have a family history.
    • You suffer from porphyria, a skin and neurological disorder.
    • You or a close relative has a history of severe hepatitis, particularly when caused by medications.
