Clobetasol propionate exerts its effect by binding to cytoplasmic glucocorticoid receptors and subsequently activates glucocorticoid receptor mediated gene expression. This results in synthesis of certain anti-inflammatory proteins, while inhibiting the synthesis of certain inflammatory mediators. Neomycin belongs to the aminoglycosides group of antibiotics, which functions by inhibiting bacterial protein synthesis, resulting in a bactericidal effect primarily against gram-negative bacteria. Nystatin is a polyene macrolide antibiotic that acts by binding to sterols in the plasma membranes of fungi causing the cells to leak, eventually leading to fungal cell death.

• more resistant dermatoses
• recalcitrant eczemas and psoriasis
• dermatitis

Monitor patients for adverse reactions and consult a doctor immediately

Try not to miss a dose. If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you can. Then continue your normal schedule. If it is almost time for your next dose, take only that dose. Do not take double or extra doses.

Apply as per doctor's instructions on affected area

Do not use in case of broken, burned or thin skin

• acne or pimples
• burning sensation
• lightening of normal skin color
• softening of skin

Do not use in case you have skin thinning

Ths may interact with:

• other topical corticosteroids
• betamethasone
• triamcinolone
• ritonavir
• itraconazole
• systemic aminoglycoside therapy
• neuromuscular blocking agents
