Child dose: To treat erosive esophagitis caused by acid-mediated GERD: For children of 1 to 16 years of age, the usual dose is 5 to 20mg one time a day before meal. Dose must be adjusted according to body weight of a child. For children of 1 month to younger than 1 year of age, the usual dose is 2.5 to 10mg one time a day before meal. Dose must be adjusted according to body weight of a child. To treat gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD): For children of 1 year of age and older, the usual dose is 5 to 20mg one time a day before meal. Dose must be adjusted according to body weight of a child.
