Estradiol Valerate, Norethisterone Oenanthate combination is utilized for the following therapeutic indications:

• Hormonal contraception
• Regulation of menstrual cycles
• Management of menopausal symptoms

Injection of 1 mL (50mg/5mg) intramuscular (deep) on the first day of a cycle. Afterward, the injections are to be given, regardless of the cycle pattern, at intervals of 30 or maximum 33 days.

Seek emergency medical help if you think you have taken too much of this medicine.

If you miss a dose, make sure to take it as soon as possible the same day. If you don't remember missing the dose, don't double it. Consult your doctor on how to adjust the missing doses.

A doctor or nurse will inject the injection into the muscle tissue in your arm or bottom.

Do not use this medication:

• If you are pregnant.
• If you have severe liver dysfunction, liver tumor, cardiac(heart) and blood-related diseases, breast cancer, and severe diabetes
• If you are hypersensitive (allergic) to this drug

Common side effects include:

• Headache
• Gastrointestinal upset
• Nausea
• A feeling of tension in the breasts
• Body weight changes and libido
• Depressive moods
• Breakthrough bleeding (Discontinue the use of this medication)
• Amenorrhea (loss of menstrual cycles)

You should practice these cautions before taking the medicine:

• Talk to your doctor if you have hypersensitivity or allergic reactions to any of the components in the medicine.
• Talk to your doctor if you have liver or kidney disease.
• Talk to your doctor if you have hypertension because this medication increases blood pressure.
• Do not drive while using this medication as it can affect the ability to drive.
• Take caution if you have abnormal vaginal bleeding, severe depression, and diabetes.

Store the medicine at room temperature and keep out of direct sunlight, excessive heat, and moisture. Keep the medicine out of the reach of children and animals. Do not use the medication past its expiration date.
