    Fexofenadine is in a class of medications called antihistamines. It works by blocking the effects of histamine, a substance in the body that causes allergy symptoms. Pseudoephedrine is in a class of medications called decongestants. It works by drying up the nasal passages.

    This medicine is used to treat:

    • Symptoms of seasonal allergy such as runny nose, itching, irritated nasal passageway, sneezing, watery eyes, etc.
  • Dosage

    Follow these dosage instructions:

    • Adult Dosage

    1 tablet (60 mg-120 mg) orally every 24 hours. Your doctor may adjust your dose depending on your condition.

    • Child Dosage

    Child dosage is strictly recommended by the doctor.

  • In case of Overdose

    Overdose symptoms may include dizziness, drowsiness, and dry mouth, giddiness, headache, and nausea, vomiting, sweating, etc. Seek emergency medical help if you think you have taken too much of this medicine.

  • Missed Dose

    If you miss a dose, make sure to take it as soon as possible the same day. If you don't remember missing the dose, don't double it. Consult your doctor on how to adjust the missing doses.

  • How To Use

    This 24-hour tablet is usually taken once a day on an empty stomach with water. Fexofenadine and pseudoephedrine will work better if it is not taken with fruit juices such as orange, grapefruit, or apple juice. Take the tablet at around the same time every day.

    Do not use this medication if:
