An overdose of mometasone nasal is not expected to produce life threatening symptoms. Long term use of high doses can lead to thinning skin, easy bruising, changes in body fat (especially in your face, neck, back, and waist), increased acne or facial hair, menstrual problems, impotence, or loss of interest in sex.
If you miss a dose, make sure to take it as soon as possible the same day. If you don't remember missing the dose, don't double it. Consult your doctor on how to adjust the missing doses.

Mometasone furoate cream, 0.1% is contraindicated in those patients with a history of hypersensitivity to any of the components in the preparation.

Mometasone furoate may increase the anticoagulant activities of Acenocoumarol. Never use these two together.
