Do not use in case of:
- They have an allergy to Hydralazine or any of the other ingredients in the medication.
- They are taking other medications that could interact with Hydralazine and cause adverse effects. Examples of these drugs include methyldopa and lithium.

- This drug can cause low blood pressure and an unsafe drop in blood pressure while standing may occur, especially when rising from a sitting or lying position. As a result, get up slowly after taking this medication and ensure you stand for a moment before walking around. Avoid standing for long periods without sitting down periodically to equalize the blood pressure.
