    Do not use in case of:

    • They have an allergy to Hydralazine or any of the other ingredients in the medication.
    • They are taking other medications that could interact with Hydralazine and cause adverse effects. Examples of these drugs include methyldopa and lithium.

You may require dose adjustments or frequent blood pressure monitoring if you have certain medical conditions, such as liver or kidney disease.
    • This drug can cause low blood pressure and an unsafe drop in blood pressure while standing may occur, especially when rising from a sitting or lying position. As a result, get up slowly after taking this medication and ensure you stand for a moment before walking around. Avoid standing for long periods without sitting down periodically to equalize the blood pressure.
