This medication is a multivitamin and iron product used to treat or prevent vitamin deficiency due to poor diet, certain illnesses, or during pregnancy.

Take one tablet daily or as prescribed by your doctor.

Seek emergency medical help if you think you have taken too much of this medicine.

If you miss a dose, make sure to take it as soon as possible the same day. If you don't remember missing the dose, don't double it. Consult your doctor on how to adjust the missing doses.

Take this medicine by mouth once a day, as your doctor tells you. It's best on an empty stomach, either 1 hour before or 2 hours after a meal. Use a full glass of water unless your doctor says differently. If your stomach feels upset, take it with food. Avoid antacids, dairy, tea, or coffee within 2 hours of taking it, as they can make it less effective. After taking the tablets or capsules, wait at least 10 minutes before lying down.

Iberet Folic 500 is contraindicated in the rare instance of hypersensitivity to folic acid and in patients with pernicious anaemia.
