    • General Use (for adjusting sleep-wake cycles, such as jet lag) - For adults and elderly- 1 tablet daily for a maximum of 5 days, if the effect is inadequate, 2 tablets can be taken simultaneously the following evening. The dose that reduces symptoms sufficiently should be taken for the shortest period necessary.

    If you have taken more Melatonin than recommended and you do not feel well, please contact your doctor, hospital or pharmacy. The most common symptoms of overdose are drowsiness, headache, dizziness, and nausea

    If you forget to take a tablet(s) at bedtime and wake during the night, you may take the forgotten dose, but no later than the next scheduled dose or bedtime.

  • How To Use

    Take Melatonin as directed in the leaflet or by your healthcare provider, and consult your doctor or pharmacist if you're unsure. For adults and the elderly, the recommended dosage is 1 tablet daily for a maximum of 5 days. If the initial dose is not effective, you may take 2 tablets the following evening. It’s best to use the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration. The first dose should be taken at your usual bedtime upon arrival at your destination, and subsequent doses should also be taken at that time. Avoid taking the tablets between time 20 and 04. Swallow the tablets whole with water or another liquid, and refrain from eating for at least 2 hours before and after taking the medication. If you have impaired glucose tolerance or diabetes, avoid taking Melatonin for at least 3 hours after a meal.
