Mucaine Syrup dosage recommendations are:

• Gastric discomfort and acid-related conditions - 10-20 mL after meals and at bedtime, Children (aged 2-6 years) - 5 mL after meals and at bedtime, Children (aged 6-12 years) - 10 mL after meals and at bedtime
• Peptic ulcer disease - 10-20 mL after meals and at bedtime, Children (aged 2-6 years) - 5 mL after meals and at bedtime, Children (aged 6-12 years) - 10 mL after meals and at bedtime

In case of overdose, seek immediate medical attention. Symptoms may include diarrhea or constipation.

Take the missed dose as soon as you remember. If it’s almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose. Do not double up.

Mucaine Suspension should not be taken in the following situations:

• Allergy to any of the ingredients
• Severe kidney disease
• Intestinal obstruction
