Chlorpheniramine helps relieve symptoms of colds and allergies by blocking the action of histamine. Pseudoephedrine constricts blood vessels in nose and sinuses. It shrinks the swelling and drains fluids. Paracetamol has an analgesic effect that is mediated through descending serotonergic pathways

Cold and Flu preparation

Used to treat allergies such as:

• irritation of the eyes
• itchy skin
• watery eyes
• itching of the throat
• skin rashes (hives)
• sneezing
• runny nose and flu-like symptoms

Take as per doctor's prescription

Seek medical attention in case you overdose on this medicine

In case you miss a dose, take it as soon as possible. Skip it if it is nearly time for your next dose

To be taken with a glass of water

Do not use in case you are allergic to any constituent

Side effects include:

• weakness and tremors
• confusion
• sleepiness during the daytime
• blurred vision
• dizziness or feeling drowsy
• dry mouth (xerostomia)
• nausea and vomiting

Practice caution in case of:

• You are breastfeeding or pregnant
• You have hepatic insufficiency
• You have epilepsy
• Immediate driving or use of sensitive machinery after drug use

Do not use in case you are already using:

• Other cold, flu or allergy medications
• MAO inhibitors
• opioids or cough suppressants
• isocarboxacid
• rasagiline
