Prednisolone is a potent glucocoticoid that decreases lymphocyte colony proliferation and suppresses migration of neutrophils. It inhibits pro-inflammatory signals.

Pull the lower eyelid away from skin to make space using clean hands and drop the medicine into the space. Let go of the eye gently and do not blink.
