Precautions & Warnings
Should be used with caution in patient with Renal or hepatic impairment, epilepsy, hyperthyroidism, severe cardiovascular disease, predisposing factors for ventricular arrhythmias or venous thromboembolism, stroke or convulsions, pheochromocytoma, depression. Monitor serum electrolytes periodically. Family history of QT prolongation, history of heavy alcohol exposure, hypotension.
