It is a muscarinic antagonist indicated for the treatment of overactive bladder with symptoms of urge urinary incontinence, urgency and urinary frequency.
Side Effects

Dry mouth, GI upset, blurred vision. Reports of angioedema, anaphylaxis (discontinue), QT prolongation.
Precautions & Warnings

Bladder outflow obstruction at risk o unnary retention, GI obstruction, risk of oesophagitis, reduced GI motility, severe renal or moderate hepatic impairment, autonomic neuropathy, hiatus hernia, oesophageal reflux.
