Do not use in case of:

• The patient has coronary artery disease, cerebrovascular disease, or peripheral vascular disease
• The patient is taking selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) or serotonin norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors (SNRIs)
• The patient is aged > 65 years
• The patient has liver or kidney disease or a history of seizure disorder

Side effects include:

• Weakness or fatigue

• Sweating
• Throat irritation

Precautions include:
