Product Information
Levocetirizine is an antihistamine that works by selectively blocking the H1-histamine receptors. Histamine is a substance released during allergic reactions, which binds to these receptors and causes symptoms like itching, sneezing, and a runny nose. By competitively inhibiting these H1 receptors, levocetirizine prevents histamine from binding and exerting its effects.
