TobraDex (0.3/0.1%) 5ml Eye Drops

This medicine is primarily used to treat bacterial eye infections. It contains Dexamethasone Tobramycin that works by killing the bacteria causing the infection.

This medicine is used to treat the bacterial eye infections and the symptoms associated with it. Note:

Follow these dosage instructions:

• Take as per doctor's Prescription.
• Put the drops in your affected eye as your doctor suggests.
• Your doctor will determine the treatment length based on your symptom severity.

If you think you have used too much of this medicine, talk to your doctor. Seek medical emergency help immediately.

If you miss a dose, make sure to take it as soon as possible the same day. If you don't remember missing the dose, don't double it. Consult your doctor on how to adjust the missing doses.

Carefully open the bottle, and put the drops in your eyes. Do not exceed the recommended limit. Take the medication regularly and at the same time each day to get the most benefit from it.

Do not use this medication if you have an allergy to:

• Tobramycin or any other aminoglycoside antibiotics
• Dexamethasone or any other corticosteroids
• Any of the ingredients in the list

This medication may pose these side effects:

• Eye irritation, itchiness, or feeling of having something in the eye
• Inflammation of the cornea, blurred vision
• Swollen or itchy eyelids, eye redness
• Drooping eyelid
• Dilated pupil
• Formation of cataracts
• Changes to sensations of taste
• Headache
• Nausea

You should practice these cautions before taking the medicine:

• Talk to your doctor if you are pregnant or lactating, and there’s no safer alternative available.
• Talk to your doctor if you have hypersensitivity or allergic reactions to any of the components in the medicine.
• Talk to your doctor if you have liver or kidney disease.
• Do not drive after using this medication.

Tell your doctor or chemist about any medications you are currently taking, have recently taken, or may take in the future, including over-the-counter medications.

Store the medicine at room temperature and keep out of direct sunlight, excessive heat, and moisture. Keep the medicine out of the reach of children and animals. Do not use the medication past its expiration date.
