This medicine is indicated in Mild to moderate hypertension. Symptomatic heart failure, prophylaxis after myocardial infarction in patients with clinical evidence of heart failure and when initial dose not tolerated. Prevention of cardiovascular events in patients with atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease or with diabetes mellitus and at least one additional risk factor for CV disease. Nephropathy

Nausea, vomiting, dizziness, fatigue, headache, abdominal pain, diarrhoea, cough. It should be used with caution in Congestive heart failure, initiate therapy in hospital. Hepatic impairment; initiate therapy under close medical supervision Haemodialysis.
