    This product is used to treat certain types of heart failure. It may help you live longer and lower your chance of having to go to the hospital for heart failure. This product contains 2 medications: sacubitril and valsartan.

  • Side Effects

    Commonly reported side effects of sacubitril/valsartan include: hyperkalemia, hypotension, and increased serum creatinine. Other side effects include: acute kidney injury, and renal failure syndrome.

  • Precautions & Warnings

    Do not take this medicine for at least 36 hours before or after you take an ACE inhibitor medicine. Dizziness, lightheadedness, or fainting may occur, especially when you get up suddenly from a lying or sitting position or if you have been taking a diuretic (water pill).
