Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) provides antioxidant protection, supports immune function, and aids in collagen synthesis. Magnesium oxide and hydroxides contribute to bone health, muscle function, and maintaining proper nerve activity. Pantothenic acid (Vitamin B5) plays a role in energy metabolism, supporting the body’s ability to convert food into energy and reduce fatigue. Zinc oxide is essential for immune function, wound healing, and maintaining healthy skin.
