A learning difficulty or learning disability also known as (seehknay me dashwari/ سیکھنے میں دشواری) is a common health condition in children. In this condition, the brain is not functioning properly and is unable to process the information properly.

It greatly affects an individual’s actions in various parts of life such as socially, during a job, academically, and emotionally. The reason being, they face a lot of neurological problems and it is difficult to analyze processes and store information.

  • Family History: You are at a higher risk of suffering from learning difficulty if you have a family history of this disease.
  • Prenatal or Congenital Disorder: If pregnant women have poor baby growth in the uterus (severe intrauterine growth restriction) or drink alcohol, drug intake before baby birth then it can lead to premature birth and very low birth weight that is linked with learning disorders.

Generally, diagnosis is not exactly defined as learning difficulty, it varies according to the previous situations that the patient has suffered from.  But, healthcare professionals may recommend Computerized Tomography (CT scan) and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) of the brain for diagnosis.
