CLAPP (Cleft Lip & Palate Association of Pakistan) Hospital was initially founded in 2003 in Faisalabad, Pakistan. The aim was to provide free surgical treatment to cleft lip & palate patients who can't afford the treatment. After successfully running in Faisalabad, CLAPP shifted to Lahore in 2005.

CLAPP Hospital Lahore initially started free surgical treatment at Gulberg Hospital in 2005-2007 and later expanded it to other locations in Lahore. CLAPP General Hospital Lahore is the flagship project of CLAPP trust. CLAPP Hospital Lahore is located in 932-C, Faisal Town, Lahore. Till date, 15,453+ free surgeries have been performed at CLAPP Lahore.
