Pakistan Fights Back Covid -19 With a Positivity Rate of 4.2%

According to the stats of the National Command and Operation Center, the positivity rate of coronavirus currently stands at 4.22%.
This is the first time in more than a month that the country has recorded 40 deaths. the stats of NCOC, also shows that the number of tests that were conducted across the country is 51,348. Out of these tests, 2,167 were positive.

Pakistan has successfully administered 72,986,511 doses of vaccination. If we are to assume that every person needs at least 2 doses, then that is enough to inoculate 16% of the entire population.
In the last week, the average daily administered doses were about 837,507. If we are to continue on our current pace then it will take about 50 more days to provide jabs to another 10% of the population.
Pakistan is able to continue this strong defense against covid-19 because of the inoculations. The administration has played their due role in making sure that Pakistan fights back corona with these administered jabs.
